Disclosure of information to third parties

We might share your crew list information and sailing license/ resume information to the relevant third parties. The primary purpose is to process your yacht reservation, share your data relevant for your sailing vacation, or validating the correctness . Any third-party service providers are bound by confidentiality clauses and are not allowed to use your personal data for other purposes than instructed by us.

The Company will not transfer your personal details and the information collected on your activity in the Website to third parties, other than in the following cases:
